As a senior manager of the loss prevention & safety services process, you’ll lead the Loss Prevention & Safety Services department team. You’ll manage the profitable growth and loss prevention strategy of our underwriters (Auto & Worker's Compensation) and policyholders. You’ll also deliver cost-efficient loss prevention and safety service insights and recommendations to customers, underwriters, and agents across our Auto and Worker's Compensation products. In this role, you’ll create and execute a loss prevention framework that spans various business segments and department transformation initiatives. Additionally, you’ll ensure this framework aligns with our corporate strategies and goals and include methods for measuring the effectiveness of our loss prevention processes.

Must-have qualification

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum eight years’ experience in transportation loss prevention, safety services, claims or business process or product management or related field, with at least three years of leadership experience (e.g., management).
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Safety or related field and a minimum five years’ experience in transportation loss prevention, safety services, claims or business process or product management or related field, with at least three years of leadership experience (e.g., management)

  • Proven ability to drive and influence change
  • Strong leadership and people development skills
  • Proven strategic approach to evolve underwriting into a repeatable, consistent function
  • Process-oriented with sound, analytically based decision-making ability
  • Strong insurance and Underwriting background with Workers’ compensation experience within the transportation space
  • Strong communication skills

Compensation

  • $112,300 - $160,400/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
  • Participation in our restricted stock units plan
