As a competitive intel lead on the Customer Relationship Management Sales Experience Carrier Management team, you’ll contribute to the evolution and growth of Progressive Advantage Agency (PAA, our in-house agency). In this role, you’ll research, compile, and maintain information on competitor agencies and develop insights to inform our agency strategy. This will provide intelligence and information on the marketplace, including emerging trends and various business models deployed. Additionally, you’ll handle new projects and make recommendations based on analysis and data-driven insights.

This is a remote position.

Must-have Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of ten years of competitive intelligence, market research, or related experience
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of competitive intelligence, market research, or related experience

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with competitive intelligence landscape specific to other large insurance agencies (carrier-owned, national in-house, digital, etc.)
  • Experience utilizing internal (business groups, data sources, etc.) as well as external (third party vendors/partners, carriers, industry publications, etc.) resources to research and provide marketing analysis
  • Designing models and recommendations based on analysis and data-driven insights
  • Compiling, creating, and maintaining roll-based repositories to house documentation
  • Excellent communication and, presentation skills, and experience influencing, consulting, and collaborating with key stakeholders

Compensation

  • $79,200 - $105,600/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
