Surgical Technologist (Operating Room) – Atlanta, GA

About the Role:

Are you a Surgical Tech extraordinaire who thrives in the fast-paced world of Level 1 Trauma? Do you hand off instruments faster than a surgeon can say "scalpel"? If so, scrub in—we need YOU!

Our high-acuity OR is looking for experienced Surgical Technologists who can keep their cool under pressure, stay three steps ahead of the surgeon, and still crack a joke when someone drops an instrument (just don’t let it be you!).

Location: Atlanta, GA (Where Southern hospitality meets big-city excitement—think world-class dining, live music, and traffic that builds character!)

• Job Type: Travel Contract
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 04/21/2025
• Shifts: 10-hour days (06:45 AM – 5:15 PM) + Call, Holidays, Weekends
• No block scheduling—because the OR never rests!
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepping the OR – Because a well-organized room is the key to a smooth surgery.
• Assisting surgeons during procedures – You’ll be the unsung hero passing instruments like a pro.
• Handling emergencies with confidence – Trauma cases move fast, so bring your A-game!
• Ensuring patient safety & sterility – Because nobody wants an OR souvenir.
• Working as part of an elite surgical team – Teamwork makes the dream work!

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Level 1 Trauma OR experience.
• Skills: You must thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Certifications: BLS (because patient safety comes first!).
• Availability: Open to call, weekends, and holidays – surgery doesn’t take days off!
• Personality: A sense of humor is a plus (we promise, surgeons appreciate it!).
